- Scheduling
To schedule an appointment, please speak with our Wellness Concierge who will guide you to the perfect spa experience. In-house guests can dial 8016 from their room telephone. From outside the hotel, please call 210-353-8016. Most services are available to reserve online at www.spaplazasanantonio.com. To ensure that your preferred time and service is available, we recommend advance booking.
- Late Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your service. This will give you time to change and fill out the intake forms. Your service will commence at the scheduled time, and arriving late will shorten your service duration. We organize our services back to back, so we ask that you respect others' appointments.
- Cancellations
We kindly require cancellations and appointment changes to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. You will be charged the full amount if you fail to cancel in advance. Any late cancellations or rescheduling will incur a 50% fee.
- Spa Attire
For your comfort, a luxurious robe and slippers will be provided at The Spa. Please disrobe to your level of comfort. All staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are always used to protect your privacy and comfort.
- Quiet and Tranquil Environment
The Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. We respectfully ask that you leave cellular phones silenced so that the tranquility of the spa experience may be preserved. We do not allow any electronics in our Zen Lounge to ensure the relaxation of others.
- Group Bookings
Transform your group gathering into a spa retreat! Choose from our handpicked selection of spa services that are tailored for groups. Our expert therapists will create a tranquil atmosphere in your guest suite or meeting space, allowing you to immerse yourself in complete relaxation. - Arrival Experience
We offer valet-only parking on our property, and our valet team is pleased to validate your vehicle for up to 3 hour for $15. It is important to note that any additional time will result in extra fees. We kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your services to allow ample time to complete an intake form, change into a robe and slippers, and store your items in the locker area. Please be mindful that late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.
- Age Requirement
The minimum age of 18 is required for access to treatments and the fitness center at The Spa.
- Gratuities
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all spa services. No additional tipping is necessary or anticipated. Rates are subject to change without notice.
